Grecyo is a Greek frozen yogurt brand in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "Grecyo", "we" and "us" mean Grecyo, and "you" means anyone who visits grecyouae.com or contacts us.

What happens when you visit this website
The website shows information about our frozen yogurt. It does not ask you to sign in or fill in a form, and it does not place cookies or similar trackers on your device.
Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information so the pages can reach you and the site stays secure: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this only to run and protect the website, not to identify or profile you. You can read how Cloudflare handles this data in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you email us
If you write to hello@grecyouae.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to answer your message and, if needed, to follow up on it (for example a question about allergens or an order). We keep these emails only as long as we need them for that, and then delete them.
When you order through a delivery app
You order Grecyo through Keeta, Talabat, Deliveroo or Careem. The app you choose collects and manages your account, delivery address, phone number and payment under its own privacy policy, so please read the policy of the app you use.
From the app, we receive the details we need to prepare your order, such as the items you chose and any notes you add. We use them only to make and hand over your order, and to deal with any problem with it. We never receive your card details.
Social media
Our website links to our pages on Instagram, TikTok and X. If you visit them, follow us or message us there, that platform handles your information under its own privacy policy. We see only what the platform shows us, such as your public profile name and the messages you send us.
How we use information
- to reply to your questions and messages;
- to prepare and deliver your orders through the delivery apps;
- to keep the website working and secure;
- to meet our legal obligations in the UAE.
We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only when we need to: with the service providers who help us run Grecyo (such as our website host and our email provider), with the delivery app handling your order, or with authorities when UAE law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE; when they do, we rely on them to protect it as the law requires.
How we keep it safe
Our website is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to messages and order details to the people at Grecyo who need them.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it, and you can object to its use. To do this, email hello@grecyouae.com. We will reply as soon as we can and within the time the law allows.
Children
Our website is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, for example when our shop opens, we will update this page and the date below.
